Privacy policy
Effective from 7 July 2026.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is InduEngy, tax identification number (NIP) 869-180-30-29, 33-100 Wojnicz, Poland. For matters concerning personal data, contact [email protected].
2. Data collected
We process data provided directly through the contact form or calculator enquiry form, including name, company, e-mail address, telephone number, message, and calculator inputs and results. The server may also record technical data such as IP address, request date and time, requested URL and browser information.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- handling an enquiry, preparing a response and taking steps prior to entering into a contract – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- conducting correspondence, maintaining website security, preventing abuse and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims – the controller's legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
- meeting legal obligations, where applicable – Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
The form checkbox confirms that this policy has been read and does not constitute consent to marketing.
4. Recipients
Data may be entrusted to providers of hosting, e-mail, network traffic protection, IT support and infrastructure maintenance, only to the extent necessary to provide those services. Data is not sold or used for third-party marketing.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
When network infrastructure providers are used, technical data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Any such transfer is based on a mechanism provided for in Chapter V GDPR, in particular an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for the time necessary to handle the enquiry and subsequent correspondence, and then for the period required to establish, exercise or defend potential claims. Data connected with a contract may be retained for periods required by tax and accounting law. Technical logs are retained only as long as required for security, diagnostics and service continuity.
7. Individual rights
Subject to the GDPR, individuals have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of their data, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests may be sent to [email protected].
Individuals also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
8. Whether data is required
Providing data is voluntary, but an e-mail address and enquiry content are required to submit a form and receive a response.
9. Automated decisions and marketing
Data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling. The website does not use external analytics, advertising tools or marketing cookies.
